Visual Designer
At onsemi, we seek a results-driven professional to join our Channel Marketing Team as the EMEA Channel Marketing Specialist. You will drive demand creation with EMEA’s distribution partners by deploying integrated marketing campaigns supporting onsemi’s corporate and channel strategies. This role involves building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, and Distribution Partners.
Place of work: Bratislava, (job with occasional home office)
Working time: Flexible working hours (core time 9,30-15,00)
Salary: From 1 800 EUR, depends on candidate’s experience

The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting the company’s vision through engaging, high-quality designs.
Our team ensures consistent global branding and communications. You’ll be instrumental in creating work that inspires customers and employees. You’ll manage design projects independently and collaboratively, handling tight deadlines and adapting quickly to new directions.
- Design for both screen and print across various formats.
- Manage projects from concept to production-ready artwork.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies.
- Enforce global brand consistency.
- Develop self-service templates and update SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in a studio or corporate design team.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Basic video editing skills; Maxon Cinema 4D experience is a plus.
- Strong portfolio with a sense of design, color, and typography.
- Strong communication skills and ability to accept feedback.
- UX/UI and accessible design experience is a plus
