Program Manager – Evaluation Kits Mass Production
Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s evaluation kits (EVKs) / boards (EVBs) and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering evaluation kits / boards from mass production to onsemi’s Global Distribution Centers. Monitors the program from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the program.

Working time: Flexible working hours (core time 9,30-15,00)
Salary: From 3 000 EUR, depends on candidate´s experience.
Job description:
- Developing and improving processes form mass production of onsemi’s evaluation kits
- Assessment of existing evaluation kits and processes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
- Reviewing proposals from vendors to ensure compliance with company standards
- Tracking and complete lifecycle management of company’s evaluation kits
- Representing the engineering department within the organization to ensure that policies are followed
- Reviewing and approving designs to ensure compliance with government regulations regarding safety and environmental impact
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- BS in Engineering, Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in processing hardware engineering manufacturing data (gerbers, BOM, schematics)
- Experience in fast paced New Product Development
- Experience working with external contract manufacturers and suppliers preferred (CM/JDM/OEM)
- Knowledge of PCBA/FPC/Module Assembly preferred
- A working understanding of high-volume manufacturing process preferred
- Interaction with large cross functional teams to lead production of evaluation kits including their full lifecycle management
- Strong critical thinking, communication and detail oriented, and presentation skills with demonstrated leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments preferred
- Ability to travel 5% of time
- Fluent English language
