Support of IT Systems including communication with users, participation on design, troubleshooting, working with other IT support teams.

• Gathering business requirements, investigation of existing IT solutions and participation on design of new IT solutions
• Participation in all implementation phases: functional requirements, design, development, integration, testing, deployment and systems maintenance life cycles
• Preparation of required documentations like functional and technical specification for developers, training documentation
• Traveling abroad can be required (based on the project for one-two weeks)

• University degree (Information Technologies or related field)
• Experience in a similar position or participation in practical software development projects and/or international scholarship programs is a significant advantage
• Ability of quick learning, clearly communicate, ask questions for business processes analysis; ability to find and evaluate solution options
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple tasks and deal with change
• Ability to work across multiple remote sites, flexibility to travel
• Advanced communication skills in English both in spoken and written form
