EMEA Fleet Specialist
Job description:
Join our dynamic EMEA Compensation & Benefits team, managed from Belgium, and kick-start your career in an international environment! As EMEA Fleet Specialist you will administer and communicate the company’s car benefits program across 16 countries in EMEA. You’ll work directly with employees and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services. We also leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to make processes smarter and more efficient—giving you the chance to work with innovative technology every day.
Place of work: Bratislava (job with occasional home office)
Working time: Flexible working hours (core time 9,30-15,00)
Salary: From 1 400 EUR, depends on candidate’s experience
- Support employees with the company car process:
- Ordering and approval
- Damage claim management
- Invoice control
- Temporary car arrangements
- Delivery follow-up
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts and car policy.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities related to company cars.
- Manage fuel and charging cards (new orders, eligibility checks, invoice control).
- Provide timely data for payroll reporting of taxable benefits.
Requirements:
- Good Excel skills – you’re comfortable working with spreadsheets.
- Strong English communication – clear, friendly, and professional in all interactions.
- Someone who enjoys working with processes and follows them carefully.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
