Data Analyst
onsemi is expanding its Digital Marketing Transformation Team. We are looking for a talented, self-driven, open to new ideas and collaborative Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing data and supporting in optimizing datasets that will drive decision-making and be leveraged across cross-functional projects and programs. In this role, you will work closely with data analysts, IT, Sales and Marketing leaders, and business unit stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
Place of work: Bratislava or Piestany (job with occasional home office)
Working time: Flexible working hours (core time 9,30-15,00)
Salary: From 2 000 EUR, depends on candidate’s experience

This role will be a part of the growing onsemi Marketing team. The team is passionate about data, storytelling, and winning customers‘ hearts and minds. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze large, complex set of Marketing data across various sources and platforms and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build analytical tools or reports to visualize the customer journey, providing timely updates on key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
- Support team member in building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using AWS, Azure and Snowflake
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience with data analytics or data science
- Bachelor’s degree in information system management, data engineering, data analytics, computer engineering, or related field
- Experience in applying analytics techniques such as SQL, python, ML models, LLM, etc.
- Data warehouse experience including ETL (sustainable automation, data transformation, workload management, data structures, and dependencies)
- Experience with automating data through APIs
- Experience in data visualization/business intelligence tools and experience in building dashboards
- Fluent in English
Beneficial:
- Experience working in web, product, customer/care, strategy, sales, marketing, CRM or other related analytics fields. Experience in B2B marketing/sales analytics.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Analytic skills associated with working on unstructured datasets
- Snowflake experience
- Project management and people communications skills
